When and how will you ship?

Most Orders are shipped the next day that Fed Ex or post office is open.  Orders under 15oz  will be shipped 1st class mail or Fed Ex Ground depending on your Choice.  Orders 15 oz or over will be shipped Fed Ex ground or USPS to PO boxes by default.    You can select 3 different FedEx Express options as well and those orders go out the same day if ordered before 6pm.

How can I pay?

For next day delivery Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, and Paypal(sales@baseballcardzone.com) 
Other forms of payment Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check,

Can I Change the method of Payment?

Yes you can though it is not automated.  If you would like to change payment to a credit card please login and add the card to your account.  Then contact me

How exactly does search Work? 

Remember for our search "Less is More."   We only have the ability for patter matching.  That means you need to have exactly match the name to get results. 

Examples:  (people looking for Mark McGwire)

McGuire -  Returns Ryan McGuire  (Fails to return Mark McGwire)
mcgwire - Returns over 100 records
Mark McGwire Returns less than 100 (Cause -  Insert and rookie cards have multiple players on them so there is only a last name included

Helpful hints...

I don't know how to spell the last name....

Use first name and last Initial   (Mark M gets Mark Mulder and Mark McLemore but you can refine the results after)

Is the search Case sensitive?  No.

I want to purchase a bigger quantity but the site doesn't let me?

That's because the web site knows how many I have left and will not permit you to buy more than I have.

What are the majority of singles available on the site?

They are mostly topps from 1974 to present.

Is there on baseball memorabilia on the site?

Yes that's the only thing that interests me.  As it is I have 100,000 of cards online and I still have 100,000 left to inventory.

What is BGS?

Most Cards worth more than $20 are graded by Beckett so you can be sure you know the grade of the card.
